COMPETITION PERIOD

• The 'VIP Giveaway' competition starts at 2.00pm AEST on the 31st October 2024.
• The competition ends at 11:59pm AEST on the 3rd November 2024.
• Babyboo Fashion Pty Ltd subscriber database has the official sign up list for the promotion. 
• By entering the competition, you agree to our terms and conditions and to sign up to future marketing communications via email and SMS.
• Winning a prize is contingent upon entrant fulfilling all requirements set forth in the competition terms and conditions.
• The correct contact details must be entered at the time of submission.
• By entering the competition, you give us consent to state your name (in an abbreviated format) on Babyboo's Instagram page and the competition sign up page.
• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to Babyboo Fashion Pty Ltd and not to Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok and Twitter.

ELIGIBILITY

• The entry must be made by the entrant.
• The competition is open to all entrants worldwide. 
• All customers who order from Babyboo Fashion in the competition time period will automatically counted as an entry.

HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION

• Enter your details using the form on the competition sign up page and sign up. Everyone that has signed up using the form on the competition sign up page will be entered into the draw.
• Upon your submission of a completed Entry Form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.
• Multiple entries are not permitted.

WHAT IS THE PRIZE FOR THE PROMOTION?

• One (1) sign up entry winner: A $1000 AUD Babyboo voucher. 

WINNER SELECTION

• The sign up entry competition ends at 11:59pm AEST on the 3rd November 2024.
• The winner will be contacted between the 4th-8th November 2024.
• The winner will be drawn using a third-party random generator tool.
• Our customer service team will contact the winner via EMAIL and will send the gift voucher directly to your inbox once they have contacted you.
• You will be contacted via the email address that was provided on the entry form.
• The winner will be announced on the BABYBOO Instagram platform and the sign up page.
• The prize will be in the form of a gift voucher which will be valid for 12 months from the date of receiving it.
• The gift voucher is in Australian Dollars (AUD), however, they will be converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate if you are based outside of Australia.
