Pre-order Information

Pre-order items

If you place a single order for a pre-order item, it will be dispatched once the item arrives at our warehouse (as per the estimated date).

All individual products will have a note and an indicated date for the product's arrival to our warehouse.

Orders with pre-order and non pre-order items

If you order multiple items in one order (which are pre-order and non pre-order), then the entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse (as per the estimated date).

Tracking

You will receive the tracking number for your pre-order item as soon as it has been dispatched. Please note that pre-orders cannot to be cancelled.
